Thank you for choosing Nuevave. We value your satisfaction and have established this policy to outline the conditions under which refunds are processed.

1. General Refund Terms

We offer a refund on our services/products within 7 days of the original purchase date. After the 7-day window has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the purchase or delivery.

  • The service or goods were not personalized or custom-made to your specifications.

  • The items are not “Sale” items (only regular-priced items may be refunded, unless required otherwise by law).

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following cases are not eligible for a refund:

  • Goods or services clearly personalized or made to your specifications.

  • Services that have already been fully rendered or consumed.

  • Items that, by their nature, deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date.

  • Digital content or software once the download or use has started (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please notify us of your decision via a clear statement:

Once your request is inspected and approved, we will process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

5. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped/provided directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nuevave reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
